ESHOP ONLINE STORE USER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the relations between the owner of the ESHOP online store (hereinafter — the “Company”) and the Internet user (hereinafter — the “User”) arising from the use of the ESHOP online store located at https://eshop.red (hereinafter — the “Website”).

1.2. The Agreement takes effect upon the User’s use of the Website. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. Online store — the website located at https://eshop.red intended for presenting and selling goods to Users.

2.2. User — a natural or legal person who visited the Website and/or placed an order for goods via the Website.

2.3. Goods — tangible items offered for sale in the online store.

2.4. Order — a properly completed request by the User to purchase Goods submitted through the Website.

3. Registration and User Obligations

3.1. To place an Order, the User may register on the Website by completing the registration form.

3.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and when placing an Order. The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from the User providing false data.

3.3. The User undertakes not to use the Website to distribute malware or materials that infringe third-party rights.

4. Order Placement and Payment

4.1. The User places an Order through the Website by selecting the desired Goods.

4.2. After placing the Order, the Company confirms it by email or phone.

4.3. Payment for the Order is made according to the terms specified on the Website. Various payment methods are available, including bank cards and e-wallets.

4.4. All prices for goods are indicated on the Website inclusive of taxes and fees. Delivery is paid separately unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Delivery of Goods is carried out to the address specified by the User when placing the Order.

5.2. Delivery times depend on the region and delivery method. Detailed delivery information is available on the Website.

5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to Goods passes to the User at the moment the Goods are transferred to the shipping company.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. The User has the right to return or exchange Goods within 14 days from receipt, provided the Goods have not been used, the type of goods allows returns, and all tags are preserved.

6.2. Funds are returned within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Company is not liable for temporary failures or interruptions of the Website caused by technical issues, updates, or actions of third parties.

7.2. The User is fully responsible for any actions performed on the Website and for the security of their registration data.

7.3. The Company is not responsible for the User’s losses resulting from improper use of Goods.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1. The Company undertakes not to disclose User information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8.2. The User agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of fulfilling and executing the Order.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which the Company is registered.

9.2. All disputes and disagreements arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be considered by a court at the Company’s location.

9.3. Using the Website constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
